Hellenic Capital Partners (HCP), is an independent Venture Capital/Private Equity (VC/PE) management firm based in Athens.

We provide fund management services and selective fund advisory services (under a separate entity/advisory arm). We work as an integrated team, combining diverse skill sets, backgrounds and experiences. We successfully form partnerships across our services on behalf of our investors, investee companies and clients.

We have raised, managed and advised VC/PE and debt funds with total committed capital of €190m. Our success stems from our deep understanding of the sectors we invest in. Through our diverse investment experience, we are uniquely placed to assess the appropriate balance between risk and reward for each investment. Since our initial involvement in VC/PE fund management, we have identified several attractive investment opportunities and have successfully invested in and divested from corporates across all investment stages and through multiple economic cycles having delivered superior returns to our investors.

• manages Synergia Hellenic Fund IV (https://synergiahellenicfund4.com/) which is a generalist private equity fund aiming to support primarily Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) based in Greece by providing growth capital to fund their expansion plans. Synergia is backed by the EquiFund (www.equifund.gr) investment platform, an initiative created by the Hellenic Republic and the European Investment Fund (EIF, www.eif.org).
